Biographical Sketch
The mercy of God shines brightly when receiving back a "prodigal" son. Such is the story of David Moerschel. (pronounced more-shell) Born to a pastor in 1977, he prayed to receive Jesus Christ at age 6. But at age 13, he turned from the Lord to enjoy the world. For the next 7-8 years, his life was no different from the next person. In the fall of 1999, everything changed. God's grace once again shone on him. David returned to the Lord a broken man, and Jesus made him whole again. A new chapter began that day. Formerly David was pursuing a career as an M.D. Now his purpose was clear: Share with others the wonderful grace of God in Jesus of Nazareth. |
About the DMEA
The DMEA serves the calling of David, whether in the public arena, on the air, or in a church building. We serve the Church as interdenominational ministers. It is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] corporation, governed by a board of directors. (See Annual Reports for financial statements.)
"God is Speaking" is simply the preaching ministry of David Moerschel and a function of the DMEA.
